I’m a small-business owner in New Hampshire, running HaulItPros junk removal. I’m pretty hands-on and enjoy figuring out how to make a business work in the real world—not just on paper. I’m interested in everything from pricing jobs and finding customers to trucks, trailers, equipment, disposal costs, marketing and growing services. I’m also interested in building connections with other small-business owners and people who are willing to share what they’ve learned. I think a lot of us are trying to figure out the same things, and there’s a lot to be gained by talking openly about what works, what doesn’t, and what we’ve learned along the way. I like practical ideas, solving problems, and finding ways to make things better. I’m especially interested in building a stronger junk removal industry where companies can compete on service and value instead of simply trying to be the cheapest.
